As a coordinator, you will be involved in immersive, media-powered and multi-sector technology projects. This role requires you to work with our team to support services.
Key Responsibilities:

– Provide customer service support to potential and existing clients;
– Provide support to service providers and partners on our platform;
– Provide video call concierge support through our proprietary platform;
– Support sales and marketing initiatives;
– Provide support in the research and development of industry-related multi-media content; and
– Provide ad hoc support to other team members.

Qualifications:

– Male/female  24-40  years

-Height min 150cm
-Education min D3/S1 Nursing, GPA min 3.00
– Have an active STR
– Experience in customer service, health & wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry would be an advantage;
– Able to speak and write in English fluently.
– Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
– Must be innovative and comfortable with technology;
– Must be open to various ad hoc tasks as requested;
– Must be flexible with different areas of the industry; and
– Willingness to adapt and work effectively in a variety of diverse situations
