- Handling complaint & permintaan Customer
- PIC dalam memberikan penjelasan/klarifikasi atas Complaint Customer
- Mengkoodinasikan penyelesaian pengaduan dengan unit-unit yang terkait ( Office, Produksi dan Project)
Requirment
Bachelor degree
Min 2 tahun pengalaman di service
Kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi dan koordinasi
Kemampuan menganalisa permasalahan dan problem solver
